Routine appointment
- Telephone the surgery on 01543 361452 from 8.00am onwards
- Contact us online (Your non-urgent request will be reviewed and responded to by a member of the team on the same working day)
- For the doctors book an appointment on-line using Patient Access. Sign into Patient Access.
If you would like to book a future appointment we are generally able to book for doctor at least 6 weeks in advance, and Nurse up to 3 months. You can choose to make an appointment with any of the doctors.
Your appointment
We may then offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery
- On a video call
- By text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible. This often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can't keep your appointment please cancel it as this will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else.

Home Visits
Please telephone before 10.30am. The doctors at the practice have asked the reception staff to ask for a brief description of your problem, this will greatly assist the Doctor.
Whenever possible please try to make it to the surgery as this will save time.
