The Practice manager, receptionists are available in the surgery throughout the day to deal with telephone messages and appointments. Patients are advised to ring surgery if it is necessary to speak to one of the doctors or the Practice Nurse. The receptionist can advise of the most suitable time to speak to them.
If the matter is urgent then please advise the reception so that they can put the call through to doctor as a matter of urgency.
